Delivery from Key West Organics

Shipping Schedule

We ship Monday through Friday to ensure your organic essentials are dispatched with intention and artistry. Weekend shipments are not available, allowing us to uphold the handcrafted quality of our process.

Complimentary Shipping Privilege

Enjoy complimentary USPS shipping on orders over $150 (before tax and after discounts). If we run a special promotion that lowers this threshold, you'll be notified via email or our curated text list.
- If a discount lowers your subtotal below $150, standard shipping rates apply.

Refined Shipping Rates

If USPS does not service your area, we'll seamlessly transition your order to UPS. In such cases:
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will incur a reshipping fee.

Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order is on its way, a tracking number will be sent to the email on file (if provided). This allows you to monitor its journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Standard Orders: Typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

- Holiday Season (Nov-Dec): Please allow 10-14 business days due to USPS volume.
- Weather Events: Severe conditions or natural disasters may delay delivery. USPS updates are available at usps.com.

Note: Our natural formulations may soften in warm climates. Simply stir and allow to rest at room temperature to restore consistency.

If Your Package Says 'Delivered' But Isn't

If tracking shows delivery but your package isn't visible:

- Look around your property-carriers may place it in a discreet or shaded location.
- If still missing, contact your local post office to assist in locating it.

Tracking Updates & Common Delays

- Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
- USPS First Class offers limited tracking (pickup and delivery only).
- USPS Priority offers more detailed tracking, though real-time updates are not always immediate.

Tracking delays may reflect:

- Temporary weather or transit disruptions
- USPS facility sorting delays (especially during peak seasons)
- Rare misroutings or address issues

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please:
1. Contact your local post office for assistance.
2. Reach out to our customer care team within 30 days of shipment to report unresolved issues. Once an order departs our facility, it is under the care of USPS.

Returns with Refinement

We want you to love every product. If you're not satisfied, items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt.

- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned in original or gently used condition.
