Bread Pitt is a dehydrated sourdough starter that is dried at peak activity to guarantee he is easy to reactivate! Using an already established starter will provide bread that is full of flavor from the first use.

Bread Pitt comes with a full set of instructions for rehydration and recipes to be able to make various sourdough goodies once he is rehydrated and active!
